I had dinner tonight at Outback Steakhouse in North Straithfield. It was actually extremely good. Compared to the crap I experienced recently at lonestar, and all those previous experiences with other steak houses. I think with these things its very touch and go, depending on what staff is on a particular day. So I'm guessing, today was a good day. Our service person was nice and attentive and came at the right times. We didnt wait overly long to be served anything..

The food was delicious. Started with bread, potato soup and caesar salad. I had a rack of lamp chops with pumkin soup and a jacked potato (which I did not eat). Chi had the chicken and ribs, which completely owns Lonestar chicken and ribs which I had on another occasion. For dessert, I had a creme brulee, which wasnt very creamy and tasted powdery. So that was the only downside. Though I shouldnt expect it to be as good as La Guillotine, but still.
